‘LOCALS Week’ officially kicked off last Saturday with lots of fun to be had at the entrance to the Busselton Jetty.
There was face painting, a bouncy castle and sausage sizzle outside, while inside the Interpretive Centre locals were able to book their half-price tours, have a look around the eco-museum and browse through the interesting giftware on display.
So far they have been pleased to receive bookings from 132 local families for the Underwater Observatory for this year’s ‘Locals Week’. There are still five days to go for anyone who wishes to bring in their coupons as they will be honoured right up until Sunday – tour spaces permitting.
BJECA said it would like to thank DBC, Kent Stret Bakery, The Goose Cafe and Bouncy Castle Hire as well as all the locals who came down to enjoy the jetty.
