AFTER an influx of community feedback on social media, the chefs at Busselton’s Laundry43 have been working hard to perfect its new breakfast menu which launches today.
Over 50 comments were posted on the Laundry’s Facebook status which was seeking public opinion on what customers wanted to see on the breakfast menu.
Laundry43 manager Tom Pearsall said the new menu would pay homage to the classic Laundry style of food.
“The public has given us the motivation and demand to start doing breakfast,” he said.
“It’s an alternative style breakfast but we also offer some classics - the elements are going to be pretty exciting.”
Mr Pearsall said the Laundry would offer something for everyone and fit in with the Laundry43’s signature brand.
“It’s all about turning the Laundry into an anytime venue,” he said.
“We want to offer the whole package by providing Busselton with an alternative at every service.”
Mr Pearsall said the menu design was a joint effort between community ideas and ideas from each of the Laundry’s chefs.
“The sky’s the limit and we are definitely open to more ideas,” he said.
Breakfast will be available from 8am to 11am Tuesday to Saturday and all produce is sourced locally and sustainably where possible with vegan and vegetarian options available.
