TWO Busselton Jets under 13’s players were selected for a combined team which took on a touring Scotch College side.
Tiarn Paulin and Dylan Bennistan played in the match, which saw Scotch College run out 93-12 winners in a dominant performance.
“It was a really great opportunity for the boys to be exposed to a well drilled, disciplined and fit team who had obviously trained a lot together,” a team spokesperson said.
“Both Tiarn and Dylan acquitted themselves well with tireless enthusiasm and were valuable team players.”
Tiarn described the game as a great experience and was hopeful they could be more competitive when Scotch host the combined team later in the season.
Busselton Jets are still looking for players, particularly in the under-13 and under-15 age groups.
