Great start to 5000km race for Grahak Cunningham

BUSSELTON’s Grahak Cunningham has made a flying start to the Self-Transcendence 3100 Miles race, leading after nine days.

The Mail reported on June 13 that Grahak was in New York to compete for the fourth time in the ultimate endurance race.

After nine days, he has already run 636.61 miles (1024.52km), a 22-mile lead over his nearest competitor in the 12-person field, Slovakian Pranjal Milovnik.

Grahak’s last three days of running have been productive, having run 214.58 miles to overtake early leader, Russian Vasu Duzhiy.
