TENANTS to fill three vacant sites on the ‘Holy Mile’ have been selected and recommended to the council for endorsement at next week’s meeting.
The three groups are St Mary’s Community Care (for Nurture Works BUZ), Regional Kids/Workpower and Australian Medical Procedures Research Foundation (for the Fresh Start Recovery Program).
If offered, the 21-year leases will start on December 1 and run until November 30, 2032.
