DUNSBOROUGH theme park Xscape at the Cape is up for sale after only opening its doors in November 2012.
Xscape at the Cape owner Douglas Campbell said he was selling the property in order to further invest in his growing theme park business.
Mr Campbell used to operate Action Park in Mirrabooka and The Great Escape at Hillary’s Boat Harbour.
The theme park on Caves Road features an 18-hole mini golf course, Mine Shaft Maze and water slides.
CBRE agents Ryan McGinnity and David Kennedy have been appointed to sell the freehold property, which will be offered with a long term lease to one of WA’s longest running theme park operators.
“Xscape at the Cape is outstanding opportunity for those looking for a long term secure investment,” Mr McGinnity said.
