A casual cup of chai latte in New York in 2000 was the beginning of something big for Martin Buggy and Melissa Edyvean. In just under a decade the creators of Bondi Chai have turned their passion for “liquid doughnuts” into a thriving micro-business with an annual turnover of $2 million.
