RAC Rescue Services were called to the incident early Monday morning.
A WOMAN is in hospital after falling off of her horse at Forrest Beach.
About 9.20am on September 15 the RAC Rescue Services were called to the scene following a horse riding incident at Forrest Beach, near the intersection of Forrest Beach Road.
After assessment, helicopter emergency services were no longer required to transport the patient.
The woman was found to have broken her thigh bone with no other serious injuries.
She has since been transported to Bunbury Regional Hospital by ambulance.
