A 35-YEAR-OLD West Busselton man was charged for driving with a blood-alcohol reading in excess of 0.08 when police stopped his vehicle travelling along Bussell Highway in Busselton at 7pm on October 22.
A 28-YEAR-OLD West Lamington woman was charged with assault occasioning bodily harm on October 26 at 11.50pm.
The charges relate to an incident that occurred on the dance floor at Busselton’s Esplanade Hotel on September 26 at about 11.40pm.
The accused pulled the man backwards by his shirt and bit him on the left-hand side of the face, drawing blood.
The woman will appear in court on December 16.
A 47-YEAR-OLD Capel woman was charged with stealing a mobile phone back on August 13.
The victim left a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone at the Busselton post office and the accused picked it up and placed it in her jacket pocket and left the store.

Police stopped his vehicle travelling along Causeway Road in Busselton at 3.10pm on October 25 when he gave a positive reading.
OUTDOOR furniture was stolen from a Geographe Bay Road property between 6pm on October 24 and 6am on October 25.
An aqua coloured chaise lounge, multiple coloured cushions and a khaki chair were removed from the property.
A BLACK Nike bag and a black Billabong wallet containing multiple cards and $100 cash were stolen off the beach near the Busselton Jetty between 1 and 1.45pm on October 24.
The owner left their belongings on the beach to go for a swim and when they returned the items were missing.
A MEN’s Avalanche mountain bike, black in colour, was stolen from a bike rack Cape Naturaliste College in Vasse sometime between 8am and 3pm on October 23.
A BOUNDARY fence was damaged at a Curno Place property in West Busselton at 4.30pm on October 24.
