BERNARD Fanning took to the stage for Leeuwin Estate winery's annual family concert on Saturday night.
Crowd members may have found a few of Fanning’s statements a little melancholy – for example, he dedicated one song to the people in the crowd thinking of getting divorced, “Even if your partner isn’t”. But overall the audience of all ages had a great time while lapping up the Margaret River outdoor scenery.
The set closed with an impressive version of Joe Cocker’s The Letter, and of course there were a few Powderfinger hits throughout to satisfy all fans.
