MORE than 350 runners took to the hills for the Sandalford Wines half marathon on Saturday.
Organiser Steve Doyle said there was about 160 people more than the inaugural event last year.
In the 21.2 kilometre run Jayson Gered took out first place with a time of 1.21.32.
Vince Middleton was second and Shane Joyce was third.
Renee Oliver was first in the ladies' category with a time of 1.24.08.
Jess Kireath was second and Sonia Churcher third.
In the 10 kilometre run, Simon Jenkin was first with a time of 42.36.
Mike Taylor was second and Joe Kireath third.
Samantha Benn was the first women to finish in the 10km with a time of 51.34.
Mia du Preez was second and Theresa Fokkea was third.
Steve Giles took out first place in the five kilometre run with a time of 19.26.
Neil Rogers was second and Mark Irving was third.
Ella du Preez was the first woman to cross the line for the five kilometre run with a time of 22.43.
Kate Mellett was second and Abbey Treaga was third.
