Mandurah Local Policing Team officers are seeking the public’s assistance for information to assist them with their investigation into an incident in Mandurah on Monday, February 9.
About 7.45am, a 20-year-old woman was walking along Allnutt Street towards the foreshore when a man approached her from behind and indecently assaulted her.
The man was on a bicycle and was last seen cycling west towards Anstruther Road.
The man is described as being in his late 30s, about 178cms tall with a fair complexion, of medium build with short, shaved hair. He has distinctive tattoos on both shoulders shaped like arrows.
He was wearing a black singlet with white sides and a white picture on the front, and dark coloured pants.
Police would like to speak to anyone that has any information regarding this incident or who can identify the man in the photo.
