CAPE Naturaliste College students had a great day at Smiths Beach out on March 20 for the annual school surfing competition.
There were students competing in both surfing and body boarding divisions.
The conditions and waves on the day were absolutely perfect with three to four foot waves and offshore.
Stella conditions were met with some high performance surfing from the students.
All finalists from the competition now qualify to represent the Cape Naturaliste team in the South West Zone School Surfing Competition in August.
Event Winners were Tanner Hall in the junior boys body boarding, Luke Foster for the senior boys body boarding, Ollie Henry took out the junior boys surfing and Duke Nagtzaam took out the senior boys surfing.
