A four-wheel-drive crashed into a house in Dalyellup on Monday evening, reaching the master bedroom and causing significant damage.
WA Police said no one was injured in the crash that occurred in the Bunbury suburb about 6.30pm. The family was home but no one was in the bedroom.
A police spokesman said the Nissan Patrol had been travelling north on Hornibrook Road when it veered off the bitumen and struck a tree before continuing into the house.
The damage was severe and affected gas and electricity supplies.
Police charged a 51-year-old Dalyellup man with careless driving. He will appear in court at a later date.
It is the second car-v-house crash in the past week after another incident in Midvale on April 23.
No charges have yet been laid over that incident.
