Busselton man charged for rubbing his spit on police officer's face
A 21-year-old Busselton man was charged for spitting on his hand and rubbing it several times in a police officer's face.
The officer was on foot patrol when the man spat on his hand and asked the officer to shake it. He refused and so the man rubbed it in his face.
When the police officer arrested the 21-year-old he struggled putting both of them on the ground at the Esplanade Hotel.
He was taken into custody and charged for assaulting a public officer at 1am on April 18.
