One western Victorian hospital got a surprise visitor recently, when a koala popped in for a visit to the Hamilton Base Hospital's emergency department.
A video captured by security cameras shows the curious marsupial casually stroll through the automatic doors, take a look around the waiting room, then stroll back out.
Western District Health Service posted the video to its Facebook page on Monday, which has been viewed almost 20,000 times in 16 hours.
"You never know whose (sic) going to stroll through the doors at the Hamilton Base Hospital. Our very own Blinky Bill pays a visit to the ED waiting room," the post was captioned.
