A 49-year-old woman from Jarrahwood will appear in Busselton Magistrates Court for a dangerous driving causing death charge.
A 49-year-old woman has been charged after an investigation into a fatal crash in Yalyalup.
The incident occurred on March 29, 2015 about 6am.
It is alleged a Ford Festiva and a Mitsubishi Triton towing a trailer, collided on Bussell Highway near Osprey Road in Yalyalup.
A 35 year old woman from West Busselton, who was a passenger in the Ford Festiva, died as a result of the injuries she received in the crash.
The 49-year-old woman from Jarrahwood was driving the Ford Festiva and has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death.
She is due to appear in the Busselton Magistrates Court on May 25, 2015.
