YWCAEncore facilitators Victoria Yuen and Leah Bolwell with Geographe Leisure Centre’s Jodi Moffett will be working together to bring an exercise program for breast cancer patients and survivors.
BUSSELTON residents who are suffering or recovering from breast cancer are welcome to attend a new exercise program.
YWCAEncore are bringing the eight week program to Geographe Leisure Centre from October 19.
The program aims to improve mobility in the upper body, improve general fitness, health and wellbeing, boost self esteem and relieve stress through land and water based exercises.
During the eight weeks, people will be able to receive information through guest speakers, links to local services as well as connect with women who share similar experiences.
The program is free but participants must enrol through YWCAEncore beforehand.
