A new face will soon be welcomed to the Margaret River Bussleton Tourism Association.
Group Marketing Manager Sharna Kearney will be heading off on 12 months maternity leave at the end of this year.
CEO Pip Close and the rest of the team are excited to welcome Marcus Falconer into the role from January 2016.
Mr Falconer is currently the Partnership Manager at Tourism WA, where he has been involved in developing innovative partnership outcomes with key stakeholders.
“I’m really excited to be joining the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association and be involved in promoting such an iconic Australian region, with its amazing mix of stunning landscapes, experiences, and operators. I really can’t wait to get started” Mr Falconer said.
“We are privileged to have someone of Marcus' calibre working with us, and that Tourism WA were prepared to release him to us for the year,” Ms Close said.
“Marcus will return to Tourism WA at the end of his 12 month contract, ensuring a strong partnership in future.”
