A BUSSELTON Margaret River Cricket Association double-header saw four sides claim premiership points and a tied match.
Round seven on Saturday saw Dunsborough prove far too strong for Margaret River.
The visiting Hawks won the toss and elected to bat but were bowled out for just 98.
Adrian Graham starred for Dunsborough with figures of 5/21 from 10 overs with four maidens.
In reply the home side declared at 6/182 from 34 overs with Shane Edwards (56) and Phil Watts (50) both posting half centuries.
At Bovell Turf, Yobs posted a handy 9/252 from 50 overs against Cowaramup despite struggling to get going.
Cowaramup quick Kaween de Silva tore through the first three batsmen on the card in Grant Evans (4), Haig Colombera (7) and Simon Godridge (6).
Callum Steel (73) and Jock Embry (71) steadied the ship with tail-ender Ben Payne (19) the only other batter to score double figures.
The Bulls chase got off to a good start with openers Mike Hibberd (24) and Shane Herbst (23).
Ben Shepherd (10), Will Taylor (17) and De Silva (52) all contributed before the last six batsmen were dismissed for a collective score of 10.
This left Cowaramup all out for 165.
Payne was the pick of the Yobs bowlers with figures of 5/26.
Yobs looked to keep the momentum going on Sunday against Margaret River who must have spent the previous night praying for a miracle.
Yobs were bowled out for 207 and through divine intervention the Hawks managed to tie the match on the last ball of the game to share the points.
Rounding out the weekend’s action were St Mary’s, who had a bye on Saturday, against Dunsborough.
The St Mary’s openers fell cheaply before an unbeaten 142 run partnership between captain Ben Lloyd (94 not out) and Danny Hatton (68 not out) lifted the side to 3/208 off 50 overs.
In reply Dunsborough were bowled out for 172 with Hatton, Ben Mattock and Jeremy Murphy all claiming two wickets.
This weekend Yobs will host St Mary’s while Cowaramup will host Margaret River.
