Busselton couple Brian and Mair Walley are celebrating 70 years of marriage.
BUSSELTON couple Brian and Mair Walley reached a very special milestone last week.
The pair, who celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary, were married in a little chapel in Ruthin, North Wales before farming in Anglesey, North Wales.
They had five children and migrated to Australia in 1967.
The pair now have 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren with three more on the way.
Their son Allan said their 70 years together is cemented by love.
“They are dedicated to each other, especially now as my dear mum has alzheimers and dad, at 93, devotes all his time to making her comfortable,” he said.
