GEOGRAPHE Bay Masters men’s team faced Busselton City FC in a derby after a three-week break.
Geographe began a little rusty but soon found gaps in the Busselton side.
Geographe’s Gary Mayers had an angled shot 10 minutes in, which was heading for the top corner until the Busselton keeper clawed it away for a corner.
Sean McSevich opened the scoring for Geographe two minutes later with a neat finish.
Busselton looked like a side struggling to cope as the pace built, and Mayers got the third goal.
The second half saw McSevich grab his hat trick as Busselton crumbled under wave after wave of attacks.
Maurice Krakowczyk, Mayers and Chris Godden all netted as the Seasiders raced to a 8-0 score line with 15 minutes to go.
Busselton got a consolation through Peter McClurg before stand in keeper Mick Williamson swapped shirts with Mayers and raced up the other end to slot home with a cool finish.
The final score was 9-1.
