Get ready to go wild with Loft Haus yoga instructor Anna Foley who has teamed up with MSWA to raise money for the organisation at a wild warrior yoga class.
The event coincides with world MS Day and will take place at St Joseph’s Hall at St Mary MacKillop College’s primary school campus from 5.30pm to 7.00pm on Wednesday, May 31.
Ms Foley said the session would include lots of strong-warrior poses, a warrior dance and asked for everyone who goes to dress like a warrior.
“Warrior yoga will have lots of stomping, clapping, yelling and noise,” she said.
“Hopefully there will be a big group, anyone can come along, it will not be a hard yoga class just lots of fun and children are welcome.”
MSWA supports people living with over 30 neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injury, and motor neurone disease.
Entry is by donation and people are encouraged to embrace their inner warrior by dressing in costume, face paint or any creative expression that takes their fancy.
