One lucky resident has the opportunity to have their front garden designed and installed by Chris Ferreira and The Forever Project through GeoCatch’s OK Project.
GeoCatch’s Bay OK project promotes water-wise and nutrient-wise gardening practices to home gardeners, showing them how they can grow beautiful gardens whilst reducing nutrient runoff into local waterways.
It is recommended that residents consider installing a water-wise and nutrient-wise Bay OK garden which, while saving money and effort, will also help local waterways, wetlands and Geographe Bay.
The winning front garden will be installed live by The Forever Project on October 14 as part of a community workshop event presented by Mr Ferreira.
“They are really great events, where people can see, step by step, the secrets of creating a beautiful, sustainable and resilient garden,” he said.
“The best part is someone is left with an awesome garden at the end.
“Our amazing landscape team can’t wait to come down to Busselton and create a Bay OK garden for you.
“All attendees will be given recipes sheets on how they can improve their own garden and we will have fabulous prizes and giveaways to help them create their own fantastic Bay OK garden.”
For the chance to win, enter the competition by visiting the Being Bay OK page on the GeoCatch website at geocatch.asn.au/our-work/being-bay-ok/garden/.
