Cornerstone Christian College joined with schools across WA for the State Mountain Bike Championships last Friday.
Cornerstone was crowned as the winners of the Middle High event.
Bryce Commins, Jackson Stokes and Jayden Fraser, under the watchful eye of Mr Steve Lane, tested out their collective skills against the best in the state.
Jayden Fraser crossed the line in first place, Bryce Commins in third, and Jackson Stokes in fifth.
Jayden outperformed the rest of the field by a whopping three and a half minutes - taking the first place honour away from a current state team racer.
He was crowned the state champion boy for the middle high field on the day.
