Since opening their doors last week Dunsborough’s latest offering Little Brother has been a hit with punters in the region vying to get a table.
The lively new venue is the brainchild of Black Brewing Co owners Stewart Sampson and Rob Johnston offering a unique establishment in the heart of Dunsborough.
If it is a meal you are after the menu has a range of small plates to share with something to please everyone, from hearty meat dishes through to vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.
For meat lovers there is beef tartare, kingfish carpaccio, smoked paprika baby squid with squid ink, Cuban styled pork belly and braised beef cheeks in a Pedro Ximenez jus.
There is a range of choice for vegetarians including barbecued pumpkin and carrot, baby cucumber and whipped feta, and a beetroot salad with goats curd, hazelnut, radicchio with a white balsamic dressing.
To drink the team have installed a number of vats behind the bar where they serve up craft beer from Black Brewing Co. The wine menu includes a range of reds and whites from their Vintner label.
The cocktail menu will delight with old favourites including espresso martinis, Tommy’s margarita and mojitos.
The timing for Little Brother’s arrival could not have been better, the atmosphere is lively and will surely be a hit over the summer months.
