It’s our favourite time of the week – a chance to reflect on the changes in our region, the faces and the fun that was being had 10 years ago this week.

The November 6, 2007 edition of the Mail brought with it the news that Dunsborough had been named WA’s top tourist town for that year. 

Meanwhile Busselton actor Sean Keenan returned from shooting scenes for the film Nim’s Island, which he worked on with a plethora of well-known actors including Jodie Foster, Gerard Butler and Abigail Breslin. 

In sport, the Mail wrapped up the 2007 Adventure Race in Geographe Bay which saw New Zealander Richard Ussher and Sydneysider Christie Sym as the first man and woman to cross the finish line.
