Multinational company with activities in three main service and utility areas traditionally managed by public authorities – water management waste management and energy services.

Your new role
Play a pivotal role of the Level 1 support team for Oracle ERP JD-Edwards (JDE) for the Distribution model ( Sales, Purchasing and inventory) and Finance modules (A/R, A/P, G/L). You will also be required to design reporting with Cognos-reporting studio or another BI tool. You will also need to provide assistance / advice to end users, to liaise with Level 2/3 team in HQ and to act as Business contact point for system Change Request or Local initiatives, working on feature enchantments and upgrades to the system .

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supporting role of enterprise ERP applications with coverage in APAC
• region (China, SEA, ANZ)
• Knowledge of JDE Distribution modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory) and Service module
• Knowledge of and ability to use SQL to query database
• Knowledge of JDE Finance modules (A/R, A/P, G/L) and Job-cost is advantageous
• Ability to design reporting in Cognos (Report studio) or similar BI Tool
• Provide assistance and support to end-users or managerial level
