Hays are currently recruiting Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Technical Support roles for a Global Leader Solar Energy company. You will be part of a world-class engineering organisation that has product offerings to large scale clients. The company is currently seeking a motivated, positive and hard-working candidate that thrives to be a successful performer.
- Office based located in East Melbourne
- Monday – Friday (normal business hours)
- Salary expectation: $60k + super + commission
- Permanent, full time opportunity with the flexibility to work from home
- 3 months of on-site training

Your new role
- Inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers
- Providing resolution to customer queries and concerns
- Ability to communicate technical instructions and advice to customers
- High attention to detail when conducting ticketing processes in order to successfully troubleshoot queries Communicating with customers through an online platform
- Handling and resolving complex calls and cases
- Manage and monitoring database of customer installations
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2-3 years Call Centre experience
- Qualification in IT, telecoms, and/or Bachelor of IT Science (essential)
- Strong capability of understanding customer requirements
- Strong IT skills Active listener Ability to think on their feet and work under pressure
- Resilient and professional work ethic when dealing with difficult customers
