About the role:
The Conference Producer’s role is to develop and manage very senior level business-to-business conferences from inception to completion. This is done by researching an industry; identifying latest industry trends & developments and key leaders; writing a program/agenda; approaching and inviting expert speakers; curating the content; negotiating with supporting bodies to get behind the event; develop industry partnerships and connect with peak bodies and key people; and lots of social media engagement. In addition, part of your time would be collaborating with your assigned Marketing Manager to write website and sales copy to promote your event; as well as with your assigned Sponsorship Sales Managers to strategically place paid speaking spots onto the agenda.
