Customer Service Representative
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6 weeks from start date
Pay Rate: $30.75 per hour + Super
Hours: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week. Must be available from 9am - 5pm, working a 5 day roster across Monday – Sunday

Your new company
Our client is a well-known Government agency who deliver essential services to the people of NSW. They pride themselves on delivering a positive customer experience. Due to current demand, multiple roles have become available for an immediate start.
Your new role
You’ll work independently but also alongside a team who will strive to deliver great customer experiences using on-line technology. It is an in-person, on the floor customer service role, serving walk-in customers, identifying customer’s needs and purpose of their visit. Your day to day activities will include: general administration, data entry and managing customer queries.
