Electrical Design Engineer

Your new company

You will be working for an electrical and telecommunications design house; whose greater ambition is to revolutionise the market! They have gained their reputation in Urban Residential Development, Communications and NBN, and mainly in Power Utility Projects. Besides designs they provide project and process management. They pride themselves of the quality of work they do, by having a high success rate in compliance. Due to influx of work they are hiring an Electrical Design Engineer, specialised in Underground Distribution Designs.

Your new role

In your new role as an experienced Electrical Designer you will be responsible for technical delivery and client relationship management for all Urban electrical projects. Successful candidate knows that without great teamwork there is no individual success and to meet agreed deadlines can be a struggle. This employer knows how important it is to have flexible working arrangements and every person in order to provide quality service needs to have a great work life balance.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is best suited to someone who is interested to work in a small evolving Electrical and Communications consultancy.

• Preferably Tertiary Qualification in an Electrical Engineering or industry equivalent experience 3-5 years
• Ideally have design accreditation with Victorian Network Services Providers
• UG Design experience with utilities and/or private electrical reticulation systems
• Experience using AutoCAD, NPoles, Poles n Wires
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
