About the role
Connecting Abilities is a fast-growing, innovative, and dynamic organisation. We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex behavior. You will work in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) to provide people with high complex support needs an opportunity to live in an environment that supports and maximises personal growth and independence.

About you
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience providing support to participants with high complex behavior and have the following skills and attributes:
Mandatory requirement
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening clearance, Working with Children Check, and National Criminal History check. You must also have the NDIS Worker Orientation certificate completed and please log in to https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/ if you haven't obtained the certificate already.
