Your new role
Your new role will see you being the first point of contact for customers who want to explore the product on offer. You will liaise with customers across a myriad of channels, including phone-calls, emails and live-chats. You will follow up with customer applications and make outbound phone-calls and video-calls to customers to take them through an introduction to the product and qualify their needs. Moreover, as this is a start-up, there may be other duties around the office to help out with in-between calls.
