Pest Plant Officer

Based at the Council depot located in Kingston, they have an opportunity for a Pest plant officer to join their busy team and work in a great environment.

Your new role
This role will be working with the council to undertake a range of duties which include assisting and protecting our environment by maintaining and inspecting of weeds, plants and pests.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACDC Licence
• MR Licence desirable
• Weed spraying experience
• A sound knowledge of herbicide used to control pest plants
• A sound knowledge of plant identification or the ability to rapidly acquire
• Traffic Control Licence would be an advantage.
