Sales Executive

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business through networking, relationship building and warm leads as well as cross selling a range of products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, and sales skills. You will have a client first approach, be able to communicate at all level and have a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and work
• Engage and develop new opportunities
• Manage an ongoing sales pipeline
• Proactive communication with potential clients
• Negotiating with Insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines
• Working to achieve individual and team financial targets

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in sale, insurance or property
• Highly organised with that "can do" attitude
• Ability to establish new business through warm leads, networking and relationship building
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team-based atmosphere
• Either tier 1 compliance or will to undertake
