Senior Analyst - Valuations

• Salaried position - $100,000 - $150,000.
• Hybrid working from the office & home.
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Senior Analyst in Property Valuations to join one of Australia’s biggest funds handling portfolio, asset & business valuations to the tune of billions of $$. 

This is not typical valuations work, nor is this part of the firm’s transactions/ investments or disposals teams, but rather this team Valuers & re-values assets which then instructs & reviews external valuations to create reports to present to C Suite and Independent stakeholders.

Typical Assets:

Diverse portfolio of assets in Infrastructure, Property, Debt / Credit & Private Equity which could include airports, transport infrastructure, massive portfolios, water & power infrastructure, aviation portfolios and much, much more. 

Assets are primarily national, but huge growth is occurring in the international portfolio. Much of the expansion of this team is happening in this space.

Experience: 

• 4-7 years; ideally 5 years valuations in a similar role (fund or financial advisory function),
• CPV or RICS desirable.
• Software / Tools: Excel, Capital IQ and Bloomberg
