Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate in our Corporate Advisory Legal practice your impact will be seen by:

• Providing innovative and commercial solutions to clients’ complex and diverse legal and regulatory challenges in the areas of private M&A, Funds and/or PE

• Developing your leadership skills to train and inspire the lawyers of the future

• Demonstrating initiative, self motivation and curiosity, particularly around adopting and adapting to the technological, societal and market changes in the legal and other professional services industries  

• Working in multi-disciplinary teams to provide market leading strategic commercial solutions to your clients

Bring this to life by helping clients to navigate today’s complex legal requirements with a forward-looking edge within their broader business needs. The team also provides a breadth of business and market insight to deliver clients an unparalleled integrated service.

Requirements  

You have a background in one or more of the following areas: private M&A, Funds and private equity, ideally with 4-7 years PQE at a top tier commercial law firm. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to financial services/wealth management and funds regulation in Australia. You have exceptional drafting skills, practice area expertise and commercial acumen and you are interested in developing additional expertise in funds management in a transactional environment. You are highly motivated with an interest in leading the development of new ways of delivering commercial legal solutions to clients through the multidisciplinary platform provided by PwC.
