About Our Client

A government body looking after public transport within Victoria.

Job Description

  • Generate employments contracts, letters of offer and on boarding paperwork for new employees
  • Check recruitment paperwork for legal and corporate compliance
  • On board new employees into JDE and payroll
  • Delivery and then management of new employee on boarding program using Taleo
  • Organise Assessment Centres

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, business, or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in administration roles; ideally internal recruitment and/or agency environment
  • Experience in supporting a team to create and deliver a quality service.
  • Experience in building a great candidate experiences and leverage your customer service skills to internal hiring managers
