Your new role

As Schneider Electrical sees rapid growth moving into the new year they are looking to onboard their newest UPS Field Service Technician. This role will see you working autonomously across metro Melbourne performing maintenance on UPS systems ranging from 1KW - 1.5 mba KW. Furthermore, you will represent the company with a professionalism that will resonate with clients building relationships, promoting the service, and seeing high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Work autonomously with your own company car + tools
• Work one week on call at an additional rate
• Achieve a performance bonus of 8% of base with competent and outstanding application
• Outcome focused role with standard hours of 8am - 4pm
• Commission, repair, and maintain these systems
• Work is predominantly in metro Melbourne with 10% regional and 10% potentially offshore

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will have a demonstrated history of engaging in UPS service work. Furthermore you will possess particular core traits that resonate professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to represent the company driving an outcomes focused mentality.

Furthermore, to succeed in this role you will possess the following credentials

• A grade licence
• Great customer facing skills
• Eagerness to excel in the industrial sector
• Conscientious and driven work ethic that will positively promote Schneider electric to clients and customers alike
