Your new role

In your new role as Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you’ll lead warehousing and end-to-end logistics operations, working closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership to drive improvement throughout the logistics function of the business. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of the logistics and warehousing team, driving improvement within processes (through LEAN, 5S etc.) and creating exceptional team culture.
• Full-cycle logistics management of freight and transport providers, driving cost-efficiency and improvement, and ensuring SLAs are met consistently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Fostering positive relationships both with customers and external providers, managing the resolution of issues and handling complaints.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within a logistics management role, with a demonstrated history of process improvement and successful leadership of teams.
• The ability to form successful relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external through influencing and negotiation skills to form solutions in line with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control with excellent ERP/MRP systems knowledge and general high-level computer literacy.
