A DUNSBOROUGH research company has developed a first of its kind in boat technology.
Nauti-Craft is a company focused on the design and development of the marine suspension system.
The latest prototype 2Play is a eight metre catamaran which has recently completed extensive sea-trials before its public debut at Seawork in Europe.
The prototype includes the Nauti-Craft marine suspension system which aims to dramatically reduce harsh impacts which lead to injury and fatigue of crew members and passengers.
The system also minimises motion sickness which allows the vessel to tackle heavier seas while still providing comfort.
The vessel will be launched by inventor Chris Heyring as well as other core team members at Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat event in June.
