Busselton house sale figures jumped 14 per cent in the March quarter, according to figures from the Real Estate Institute of WA.
REIWA president Hayden Groves said Busselton was the stand out performer in regional WA for sales activity in the March quarter.
Mr Groves said preliminary figures showed there were 92 house sales which already exceeded the final figure for the December quarter.
The analysis by REIWA also showed that the largest proportion of house sales in the Busselton urban area occurred within the $360,000 to $500,000 price range.
In other parts of regional WA analysis showed the bulk of transactions remained within the $150,000 to $360,000 price range.
The median house price in Busselton was $455,000 which was down 5.2 per cent from the last quarter.
