A Vasse man has been remanded in custody and will face a trial next year after he appeared in the Perth District Court.
Karl David William Baudoeuf is accused of assaulting two women, one of whom was allegedly held captive over a two day period in December last year after she met Mr Baudouef on Facebook.
Mr Baudoeuf pleaded not guilty in May to a number of charges, including deprivation of liberty, sexual penetration without consent, assault and three counts of assault causing bodily harm.
He has also been accused of aggravated sexual penetration without consent, two counts of unlawful assault causing bodily harm and one count of making a threat to kill.
The trial is due to commence on May 7, in Busselton.
