The People Place have a new sponsor on board for their permaculture project which will see the centre undergo a massive transformation.

The garden area of centre is set to become a community space with vegetables and fruit trees, water features, a cafe and exercise equipment with the help of the Ethereal Yogi Collective.

Uscape Garden Centre and Cafe have signed up as a premier sponsor with The People Place chairman Tony Robinson welcoming them on board.

Mr Robinson said they were a terrific asset for the project and it was a really great gesture to the community on the part of Uscape.

“It demonstrates their dedication to the local community which is really important,” he said.

“It is really obvious they care about the community and that it looks beautiful.”
