Three students from West Busselton Primary School have taken top honours in Vasse MP Libby Mettam’s annual Christmas Card Design Competition.
The competition was open to Year 2 and 3 students in the Vasse electorate and the theme was the gift of giving.
Year 2 student Indi Dowling was awarded first place for her picture of a Christmas tree with presents beneath it.
Her design will be used as Ms Mettam’s official Christmas card for 2017 and distributed to hundreds of people.
Indi won a $100 book voucher and $250 voucher for her school.
Indi’ fellow Year 2 students Indigo Hoffman and Isaac Bilsby and Cornerstone Christian College Dunsborough’s Elsie Norris were named as runners-up and received $50 book vouchers.
