
A Yallingup man pleaded guilty to five child sex offences from 2017 in Bunbury Magistrates Court last week.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was summoned to court on Thursday, February 8, attending via video link from Bunbury Regional Prison.
Magistrate Belinda Coleman read the charges out to the man.
The man pleaded guilty to three charges of sexually penetrating a child between over 13 and under 16 years of age.
He also pleaded guilty to two charges of indecently dealing with a child between 13 and 16.
The charges all referred to an incident in Yallingup on January 30, 2017.
The fast-tracked plea of guilty was put through, he will be sentenced in April.
The man did not make an application for bail.
