Two not-for-profit organisations have benefited from the annual Gannaways Christmas Lights Tour.
Gannaways Charters and Tours director Ray Gannaway presented $1000 cheques to Mates Men's Support Group Busselton Inc and Disabled Surfing Association South West.
The festive-themed tour raised more than $1400, with the company bringing the total up to $2000.
Around 700 people took the tour, which is double the amount of previous years.
Gannaways drivers donated their time on the night.
Mr Gannaway thanked the community for embracing the fundraiser.
“It was our biggest one ever and it just blew us away,” he said.
“It has again proved to be worthwhile – it’s Busselton bucks for Busselton people.
“Both these organisations do a tremendous community service.”
Mates president Rob Reekie said the donation was much needed and appreciated.
“It is perfect timing for us as Easter is our busiest time – busier than Christmas,” he said.
Disabled Surfing Association South West coordinator Ant Pursell agreed, and thanked Gannaways.
“We never know when we are going to need it, so it is great to have a little kitty to get things from.”
