Making headlines ten years ago, Busselton shire CEO Andrew Macnish was prepared to call police to evict anyone who disrupted council meetings.
He indicated this following the eviction of local resident Jocelyn Elphick from a volatile council meeting after she interjected during debate on the jetty referendum.
It was revealed, the Busselton volunteer fire station would stay where it was and would not be moved to accommodate a new shire civic precinct.
The Shire Council launched an action to try and trace who leaked information on an Honorary Freeman award.
In Sport, a seven goal last quarter finished off a great 51-point victory for the Busselton Magpies over a strong South Bunbury at Sir Stewart Bovell Park.
