The school holiday spirit may be dampened this weekend, with the weather forecast predicting a wet couple of days.
On Saturday, there is the possibility of a thunderstorm and a 90 per cent chance of rainfall between 8 millimetres and 25 millimetres.
Sunday is forecast to be slightly better, with the possibility of 3 to 10mm in rainfall.
By Monday, things start to improve with the chance of rain reducing to 30 per cent and just 0.2mm predicted.
The state will be hit with a month’s worth of rainfall in just one weekend.
